Take at least 15 minutes before or after taking food or liquid (except water)

Repeat once every four (4) to six (6) hours. As symptoms reduce, decrease frequency. If symptoms are acute, use spray up to once every two (2) hours until symptoms subside then resume original frequency of every four (4) to six (6) hours.
