Who Started The Tinnitus Shop?

The Tinnitus Shop was founded by people just like you who suffer from the annoying sounds of tinnitus! We looked to the Internet to find products that could help us but there were very few sites that offered the type of products we were searching for so we set out on our mission to help other people find tinnitus relief.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

We do not guarantee that orders will arrive in the estimated times listed below or in our shopping cart software. These are estimates not guarantees. Most orders will be shipped at 8:00 AM one day after the order is placed (see excluded dates below). Some orders, at our discretion, can take longer to ship including large or suspicious orders.

How Do You Calculate Shipping Charges?

• We do not guarantee that the cost of shipping will match the actual shipping cost.
• Shipping charges include fees to cover the cost of shipping materials, insurance and labor to pack and carry the parcels to the postal service.
• Actual shipping costs may be greater or less than the amount we charge for shipping. Our shipping system has to handle shipping to all parts of the country and all over the world as well as be able to handle shipping via multiple classes of mail.

What Happens With Refused Orders?

When the product is returned to us by the postal service, you will be refunded the price of the products shipped. We do not refund shipping costs for refused packages. We will not re-ship the order unless you pay for the additional shipping charges.

My Order Has Not Arrived In The Estimated Time - What Should I Do?

We do not guarantee that orders will arrive in the estimated times. If your order has not arrived in the estimated time, please wait at least 4 more days before contacting us. The US Postal Service does a great job delivering most mail in their estimated times but some packages are occasionally delayed. If you have already waited 4 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us by email and include your order number.

How Do Backorders Work?

When you order an item on backorder, the entire order will be held until all items become available. We will not ship your order in multiple packages when some items are on backorder. Estimated dates for backorder items are not guaranteed. We make every effort to keep these dates as close as possible to the actual expected arrival date, but we do not guarantee these dates.

What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When you get ready to checkout, you can choose your payment option. We aso accept PayPal.

We also accept PayPal payments. You can pay by credit card by using funds in your Paypal account. Place your order using our shopping cart and select Paypal as the payment method. You will be taken to the Paypal web site and asked to enter payment information. Note: When you use Paypal to pay with an eCheck payment, your order will not ship until the eCheck payment clears and the funds are deposited into our Paypal account (usually 4 business days).

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns are allowed for 15 days after purchase, as long as the product is in the original condition and has not been used (see exclusions below). Before returning any merchandise, e-mail us to get the return address.
